We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items. Additionally, underwear & swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons. 

For item(s) purchased at vendor locations cannot be exchanged or returned.

Online purchases can be returned [except vendor purchases, in person pick up] within 30 days of purchase.
